2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

❌ For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes, skincare products, or personalized/custom items cannot be returned.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes and skincare products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Clearance or final sale products


4. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@beingmystique.com with your order details to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our support team.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, first check your bank or credit card account again.

  • Then contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take additional time before the refund is posted.
